Capitalized words in these Terms have the meanings set out below, whether they appear in the singular or the plural.

Ziarat Planner, "We", "Us" or "Our"

— The operator of the Website and the Service.

Website

— Ziarat Planner, accessible at https://ziaratplanner.com, including its sub-pages and any customer account area.

Service

— The Website, its information and content, and the inquiry, registration and trip-planning assistance We provide through it or through Our contact channels.

Travel Supplier

— Any independent third party that provides a travel service, such as a hotel, airline, transport or ground operator, or visa processing authority.

Booking

— A travel arrangement, such as a hotel stay, ground package or fixed departure package, that We have confirmed to You in writing.

You

— The person accessing or using the Service, or the organization on whose behalf that person is acting.

Terms

— These Terms of Service.

By accessing or using the Service, You agree to these Terms. If You do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Your use of the Service is also subject to Our Privacy Policy, which explains how We collect and use personal information. Please read it alongside these Terms.

You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement under the laws that apply to You in order to create an account, submit an inquiry or request a Booking. A parent or legal guardian must act on behalf of a minor.

Ziarat Planner provides information about pilgrimage travel to Iraq and helps pilgrims plan their journeys, including hotels, ground packages and fixed departure packages.

Submitting an inquiry, booking request or registration through the Website does not create a Booking. A Booking exists only once We have confirmed it to You in writing, together with its price, inclusions and any payment, cancellation and refund conditions that apply to it.

Where the terms of a specific Booking or package differ from these Terms, the Booking or package terms apply to that Booking.

We try to keep the information on the Website accurate and up to date. However, hotel details, photos, distances, package itineraries, travel dates, availability and prices are provided for general information and may change without notice.

Prices shown on the Website are indicative until confirmed by Us in writing. Confirmed prices may still change where required by government regulations, taxes, fuel surcharges, exchange-rate movements or changes made by Travel Suppliers, as set out in Your Booking conditions.

Religious, historical and travel guidance published on the Website is general information only. It is not professional, legal, medical or religious advice.

Many travel services are delivered by independent Travel Suppliers. Their services are subject to their own terms and conditions, which may include cancellation, refund and baggage rules.

We select Travel Suppliers with care, but We do not control them. To the extent permitted by law, We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, delays or cancellations.

When using the Service, You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and current information, including traveller names exactly as they appear on passports
• Make sure every traveller holds a valid passport and any visas, permits and health requirements needed for the journey
• Follow the laws, customs and safety instructions of the countries You travel to, including the rules of the holy sites You visit
• Check official government travel advice for Iraq and any transit countries before and during Your journey
• Arrange travel insurance appropriate to Your journey

Visa and entry decisions are made by government authorities. We cannot guarantee that a visa or entry will be granted.

If You create an account, You are responsible for keeping Your login details secure and for activity that takes place under Your account. Please tell Us promptly if You believe Your account has been used without Your permission.

If You manage a profile on behalf of a child or dependant, You confirm that You have the authority to do so.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose
• Submit false inquiries or information, or impersonate another person
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts or Our systems
• Interfere with the proper working of the Service, including by introducing malicious code
• Scrape, copy or republish Website content in bulk without Our written permission

The Ziarat Planner name and logo, and the text, graphics and design of the Website, belong to Us or Our licensors. You may view and share Website pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use requires Our prior written permission.

The Service may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or terms. Please review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party website You visit.

Travel to Iraq and the surrounding region may involve risks, including security, political, health and weather conditions, which can change quickly and are outside Our control.

To the extent permitted by law, the Website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms removes any rights You have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded or limited by agreement.

To the extent permitted by law, We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data or opportunity, arising from Your use of or inability to use the Website.

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing Our obligations caused by events beyond Our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, war, civil unrest, government action, airspace or border closures, or failures by Travel Suppliers.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

We may suspend or close Your access to the Service if You breach these Terms or if We reasonably need to do so to protect the Service, other users or Us. Suspension or closure does not affect any confirmed Booking, which remains subject to its own conditions.

If You have a concern or dispute about the Service, please contact Us first so We can try to resolve it informally.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. This does not deprive You of the protection of any mandatory laws of the country where You live.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of these Terms remains in effect. If We do not enforce a right under these Terms straight away, We have not waived that right.

If these Terms are translated into another language, the English version applies in the event of any inconsistency.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Changes do not affect Bookings confirmed before the change. By continuing to use the Service after an update takes effect, You accept the updated Terms.
