How It Works

Registration & Payment Process

The same registration process applies to every group in this series. Exact instalment amounts are confirmed at registration and vary by package.

Registration Deposit

Secures your seat and covers visa processing. Non-refundable once the visa has been processed.

Ticket Confirmation

Paid once flight booking is confirmed. Cancellation after this stage is subject to airline policy.

Ticket Issuance

Final airfare instalment before tickets are issued. Airline and service charges apply after this stage.

Remaining Balance

Payable in USD on arrival in Iraq, or in PKR at the office before departure. Amount varies by group and passenger type.

Before You Register

Important Notes

Passport Validity Requirement

Iraq requires all travellers to hold a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel. Confirm your specific group's requirement in that package's details, as validity dates differ by departure date.

Package prices and travel dates may change due to airline availability, visa processing, or regional conditions — always confirm current pricing before registering.

Each group is limited by seat availability — registration is confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis once the deposit is paid.

Wheelchair assistance and elderly support can be arranged on request — inform the office at the time of registration.

Passports with less than 6 months of validity from the date of travel cannot be processed for the Iraq eVisa — renew before registering.

Any additional costs arising from new government regulations, airline surcharges, or Iraqi entry requirements will be communicated and charged separately.

Minimum room size in Iraq is 2 beds. Families of 3 or more sharing a bed qualify for a shared-bed discount — ask on WhatsApp for the exact rate on your group.

A one-time Rs. 15,000 discount applies for campaign coupon holders and first-time zaireen. One discount per zaer; not combinable with other offers.
